ph88k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or UMID — and may be asked to provide proof of address. Verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed. ph88k recommends completing verification immediately after registration rather than waiting until your first withdrawal request.
Each individual may hold only one ph88k account. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow access to your account by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

ph88k is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by the payment provider's own processing times, system maintenance, or network issues on the provider's side. If a deposit has not appeared in your ph88k balance within the typical processing time for your chosen method, contact ph88k support with your transaction reference.
Withdrawals from your ph88k account are available once your account is fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 2. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until verification is finalised.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. Providing false or altered documentation in response to a withdrawal documentation request is a serious breach of these terms.
Bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. If a confirmation is not received, do not assume the bet was placed — check your betting history or contact support before attempting to re-place the bet.
Settlement. Errors and system faults. ph88k may offer promotions, bonuses, and incentive programmes to eligible registered players from time to time.
